I just saw someone write that if you’re only a 150lbs, you should not be complaining about how overweight you are. I would like to say that that IS overweight for many people. I am 5’3 and my SW was 155lbs. My weight according to my height should be between 120-125lbs. IF you do the math, that means I started out being 30lbs OVERWEIGHT. Because I am taking action now, I am not considered to be obese.
SO! If you feel that you are carrying some extra pounds that you shouldn’t, go ahead and get fit. You don’t need to wait til’ you’re 100lbs overweight to do so.
